Heres a picture of my foster kitten area. Thought Id share. I use rolls of linolium from Home Depot for the floor (so it can be bleached between litters). Its two wire cage pens hooked together and then to an XL dog crate. I have vinyl around the top edges so they cant crawl out. When I have little babies I use a kid pool in this space to keep em close. Its worked out well. I also have a baby monitor so I can watch them when I am not downstairs. It also keeps track of temps and you can set up alerts for noise and if temps get to high or too low. The shelter I foster for says most people use just the large dog crate, but I love being able to go in and sit with them and givig them more space. Also, they say spare bathrooms work too - just wherever you keep them that it has to be a bleachable space. Where do you all keep your kittens?
