Heres a question. Say youre on the interstate and doing 22 mile or more over to posted limit. An opposing officer then turns around and chases you down putting his life and the lives of other drivers in danger to catch up with you using high rates of speed. Then when he finally gets you stopped and pulled over, with-in six (6) seconds of stopping, you swing open your drivers side door, hop out of the car and start walking back to towards the police officer with something dark and hard to make out in your hand, how do you think the cop would react? A handshake and a smile then allowed to drive away with no ticket?
