Heres a question and hopefully someone knows the answer. When applying for funding from the permit funding scheme at HQ (members.scouts.org.uk/permitfunding) The page states that It is not funding for attending National Governing Body courses in the second paragraph however; the 2015 Programme Training and Event Guide (issuu/ukscouting/docs/programme_training_event_guide_2015 ) says that ArcheryGB Instructor Award and NSRA YPS Rifle Shooting Tutor are applicable for DGB funding. Ive tried contacting the activities team at GIlwell but they dont seem to answer the phones, just wondering if anyone has been down this route and knows if theyre eligible for funding or not as i get mixed messages.
