Heres a quick clip of the last minute or so of my 25 minute T25 workout today. I always find myself coming back to these workouts because theyre so quick and fun. And Im dripping in sweat by the end. And I look like a total spaz and thats fine. Its the effort that counts, right?? Oh, and an appearance from Harper, as usual.
