Heres a really good superset to finish up your leg workout. I have been using this at the end of my lower hypertrophy workouts and it is super effective at hitting the quads hard. If you dont have a sissy squat machine you could do goblet squats (holding a db or kb in front of you) and doing the leg press without the bands will work also. Bonus question: Who can tell me why there are bands on the leg press and what purpose they have? #CNFITNESS
