Heres a (rhetorical) question....when there is a tragedy that someone affected chooses to share on FB, why do so many people feel compelled to say God is great or God is wonderful, or God never fails...??? No matter how devout the person is, being told that their loved one is lost because God is great doesnt seem like it would be all that helpful or comforting. Im not saying God isnt great, just wondering why knowing your 40 year old friend just died suddenly, or your young daughter is struggling with cancer because God is watching over them would make one feel better. Im certain it wouldnt take any of my pain away. Just sayin.
