Heres a story a local news station did today on the berm we are currently constructing in Snohomish County. The purpose of the temporary berm is to reduce flood impacts and prevent near-term flooding of SR 530 near mile post 37 at C Post Road. Searchers have ongoing and planned recovery activities in this area after a March 22 mudslide constricted flow of the Stillaguamish River and caused flooding upstream.
