Heres a story/ illustration.... A woman walked down a path at night. She never saw it in the daytime, only at night, thats when she worked at her cleaning job... for a bank..... She kept falling in places, suffering injuries some so painful she wondered if working there was worth it.... and started to realize she might avoid injuries if she stopped traveling at night, maybe find a day job. She then found another job, a day job. And she avoided that path altogether... * * * * * * * * Now she is happier and not so many injuries as she can see her pathway more clearly now. She still is not perfect, once in a while she misjudges, or tired, or ill, but she is doing alot better and not falling so much on her way to work. * **** ** * Can you see the similarity to the way of the truth? People walk in darkness in this world, its all they have and all they know. They wander through life, not really knowing what life is really about, just trying to make it. And when they are desperate or get greedy due to seeing it all over the place and highly competitive, they go after things which they might not go after if only they knew something better was on the horizon, they dont even have to work or live in the darkness, but can start a whole new life and new way to live. So when someone makes changes, we should be so glad for them, that they no longer walk in darkness, but have come into the light of truth and now found the best way of life :D is there a smile on your face now? There should be!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D Heres a scripture I found:::: ....but God chose the foolish things of the world to put the wise men to shame; and God chose the weak things of the world to put the strong things to shame; and God chose the insignificant things of the world and the things looked down on, the things that are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, so that no one might boast in the sight of God. But it is due to him that you are in union with Christ. Jesus who has become to us wisdom from God, also righteousness and sanctification and release by ransom, so that it may be just as it is written: The one who boasts, let him boast in Jehovah. ~ 1 Cor. 1:27-31
