Heres a story (true) about this mornings wild escape and crime spree (when I attempted to give Ariel Lucy a day furlough outside on leash and harness). It all started with a daring jump over a wall involving some minor calisthenics and Houdini-like maneuvers to give the harness the slip. Then a quick roll in the neighbors yard, consideration of a major tree climb adventure, me ringing neighbors doorbell but no answer, me illegally entering property to pursue said cat, a long game of hide and seek and wrongful evasion under patio furniture, followed by high speed pursuit back into our yard, where the offender started crying and was apprehended.
