Heres a thought to consider: Would it be illegal to require all users of public airwaves to post reasonable mathematical estimates of the odds of occurring for ANY broadcast information they post or air? For example, when the teasers for local evening news come on with the silly crap about Man-eating tigers looking for small children! Are they in YOUR neighborhood? there would have to be a visual estimation in the upper corner saying that the odds were about 7 million to one of you having to actually worry about it?
