Heres a video of me breaking down one of the most common - TopicsExpress

Heres a video of me breaking down one of the most common dysfunctions present in almost all people today. The overactivity of the Lateral System (Glute Med/QLs/Adductor) is one of the foundational problems found with peoples movement today. When we overload the Lateral System, we minimize the function of the Transverse Abdominis, in stability, and the Anterior and Posterior Oblique slings that institute torque. This stability and torque are what enable a person to activate the Gluteus Maximus on its primary function (extension at the hip). The technique in this video is to help elminate the overload on that lateral system to help put the function on the body where it needs it most!
