Heres a video of my squats from last week. I started Smolov for squat. I had been squatting about 3 times a week, so I figured why the hell not? This particular day called for 7 sets of 5. The weight went up relatively easy. Todays session went back to 4 sets of 9, and surprisingly the weight felt incredibly light. I used 420 pounds as my estimated training max. I cant wait to see how the weight feels when I reach the final workout.
