Heres a whole body workout everyone can do at home. All you need is stairs. This will work on your Cardio, Strength and Core !! * 50 switch-ups ----30 second break. * 20 Step-ups ----30 second break. * 40 Mountain-Climbers ----30 second break. * 5 to 10 push-ups ( Low, Middle or high depending on your level ) ----30 second break. * 2 sets of 25 Sit-Ups ( Alternating hands ) ----30 second break. * 2 sets of 10 Knee to elbows with each leg. ----2 minute Break---- Repeat this workout for 4 times with just 30 second break in between each set.
