Heres a workshop that fits the New Years theme. Grace Peters will be presenting: Organizing and Planning...home...school...life and everything in between. Life is busy, especially when you add homeschool to the equation. Needing to keep my home, school and life in order I looked for a planner that would fit my needs and help me to plan out my day-to-day tasks. I purchased multiple planners that did not work. So I set out to create a planner for Home Life and for School/Student Life. During this session I would like to cover a variety of topics included in the Home Life Planner and Student Life Planner; Home and Life Organization -sorting out, staying ahead and bringing order to your day to day -benefits of having an organized home -tackling small or large areas -creating a cleaning plan that works for you -daily to-dos to implement -kids age appropriate task and responsibility charts -cleaning plans, bill payment checklists, expenses tracker, short term and long term meal planner and holiday planning. School Planning and Organization -academic planning forms for long-term, monthly, weekly and daily -record keeping for P.E., Field Trips, Extra Curricular, Reading log, curriculum purchased and keeping records for bi-weekly reports -Sorting, organizing, storing and simplifying curriculum with or without a school room (practical, tips and ideas) -Curriculum shopping plan Meal Planning -Tips and ideas for creating a menu plan that works for you and your family -Creating a master shopping list, seasonal, weekly, daily meal plans and shopping lists to save time and money -Quick meal prep ideas for the busy family and how to take the stress out of meal time My desire is to encourage and equip other homeschool moms with practical tips and ideas for all areas of this homeschool life. My hope is that in equipping women in these tasks in their daily activities, they will enjoy this process more because some of the chaos has been reduced.
