Heres an Eat To Perform testimonial from member Alison H.: I would like to thank you for the difference you have made for me. Today is my 50th birthday. I had my bodyfat done last week hydrostatic, same method I always use, and it was the lowest yet in 18 months, 20.4. I still need some tweaking and want to learn more, but between you helping me with my carb cycling and eating enough of the right food, I am off on the right track. I am now focused on training for Masters Nationals for swimming, I am currently not rowing. I train swimming 4 days a week and do strength work at my gym, I usually only WOD about 1X per week due to the intensity of swimming.
