Then the best choice can be made for Frederick instead of being hood-winked by a governmental agency based in Baltimore which doesnt give a second thought about Fredericks citizens. You are wrong about recyclables only being valuable to China, and if you really want to learn more, I can provide you information. However, I suspect this has become your mantra in order to maintain your stubborn and unyielding position. This issue is not about pitting Democrats vs. Republicans or adopting a certain philosophy.
