Heres an example of what my high carb days look like.... 300g Turkey mince, 2 eggs, 225g Turkey breast, 200g carrots, 50g beetroot, 75g uncooked brown rice, 300g Sweet potato, 75g oats (porridge), 1 apple, 30g Peanut butter, 65g Tuna, Pea and broccolli soup and as much green veg as I like. A lot of food you think? You dont have to be hungry to get results. A well rounded diet and a good training programme will get you to where you want to be. I have been lifting and gaining for nearly 7 months now and I am still a size 8 and very much a lady. Today I was shooting a lovely collection from iclothing.ie for Xposé. As I have said before - Strong and healthy is the new skinny. Just some food for thought. Kate xx
