Heres an idea, and if youd like to insert your opinion, go ahead. A comment under one of my videos included that the poster did not have access to woodworking classes. While my videos are detailed in many cases, a beginner may have trouble filling in the blanks. I would like to start planning a video series that starts with introducing a project and the tools and materials required. Then in multiple videos broken down into major steps I would do a detailed account of what is required to complete the project. I would space the videos release dates out enough to ensure those who would like to follow along would be able to keep up. Using the comments on youtube and facebook, students would be able to ask questions, show progress, etc as the project progresses. The video format would allow the student to watch and rewatch as much as they needed. Also, if there are details that get left out that students are confused about, supplemental videos could be made between the main videos. The question is, What kind of project would you like me to consider for this series? Today is election day, so cast your vote, will it be a table? Chair? Box? Cabinet? Picture Frame? Etc....? This will be a larger project that will require planning so please give your input and Ill start putting a class together. Thanks.
