Heres an idea for getting some meditation in without sitting crossed legged on the floor! Meditation has many benefits - really changes your brain activity and helps you feel more relaxed. So here it is. Go for a walk with a camera or your dog. And just pay attention to the sights and sounds around you. You can do this any time of year. Just the idea that you will be focusing on what you see and hear, will focus your attention and help reduce the noise of your worries and normal thoughts. (Only catch - no cell phone) #meditation #walking
