Heres an idea for my gym goers that need a bit of inspiration as to what they can do during their next workout. Tag someone you know who may like to give this a go. This is a circuit consisiting of 4 exercises that you may like to try (or not)?! Nott only does it increase the heart rate which helps to burn calories/fat and get the lungs going but also helps to strengthen and sculpt the body. You do 30 seconds of each exercise with no break inbetween each exercise. You stop for a minute rest inbetween each set and aim to complete it four times.
