Heres an opinion poll: I have been tweeting to Airtel DTH do for the past 4 days to address a problem, but they havent even noticed it. So, why do you think airtel has a twitter presence / not responded? 1. Just to block it to avoid misuse 2. They have no idea that people who tweet like to hear from them 3. They are all on airtel mobiles, so dont get the tweets because of poor 3G connectivity 4. They are so flooded with tweets, theyll respond before end of this fiscal, with a promise to address it by the next 5. They have no clue of what twitter is; they let the bird be there because it signifies sky, air, etc. 6. The entire social media team is so mesmerised by the DTH quality that they havent been able to move their eyes to other screens 7. Their handle has actually been hacked by a competitor. who is enjoying the silence 8. They have attached tags with my handle to birds, and have sent them out as messengers 9. Somebody has sent a mail to the head of customer support about my tweet who in turn has taken a printout and couriered it to the boss who will see it after visarjan 10. Airtel has turned animal friendly and will not be responding to posts that exploit animals and birds 11. All of the above 12. None of the above, heres mine
