Heres an up date: I am now the General Manager and Catering Director for The Happy Pig Café.....I took over the position as of Yesterday. We are in the process of revamping the menu, bar, and inside of restaurant. I have assembled an awesome team to get this up and going. Anne Watson is the new bar manager, Vance Teeples is the kitchen manager, Jimmy Rip, is the asst kitchen manager, and we have India Broadwater, as the floor manager... We will open on Sat November 1st at 11am. I am still looking for a few servers and 1 more kitchen staff. M-F we will have lunch specials (not on menu) as well as happy hour from 11-7 with half price drinks (domestic beer, well drinks and house wine). We are offering a $ 14.00 bottle of wine price for any of the wine in house.
