Heres another beautiful horse we need to help find a home for. A 14 yr old registered Thoroughbred gelding, 17.3HH (yes hes big). Has Northern Dancer on the top side of his papers. Came off the track at 6 yrs old, was sold and broke for riding. The current owner has had him for 4 years and was told he was used as a trick riding horse, she only rides for pleasure. He does well inside, but is nervous out in the open, might be better with another horse to ride with. No buck or bolt. Hes up to date on deworming and vaccinations, but missed his last farrier appt. Hes usually trimmed every 6-8 weeks. Hes sound and has no health issues. Right now hes near Sylvan Lake, but as of Oct 1 will be just outside of Red Deer. The owner has health issues and cant ride him hardly at all, so he sits in the pasture doing nothing. Hes will be FREE to the right person. And as always, we will be very picky as to who he goes to.
