Considering that any influenza vaccine is typically less than 4% effective for any given strain with a maximum effectiveness of 6.25%, and that more than 85% of viruses create influenza like illness of which the CDC admits that flu vaccines are not specifically designed for, is it not worth it to just skip the shot?
