Heres more to the cold dead hands story of a firearm. Not only did his brother not use his rifle to save his life, he was actually charged for attempting to KEEP this clown from stealing it in the first place. Oh good, I hear you say, its in the hands of the authorities. Not so fast. The firearm was returned to the owner with his promise that it would be properly secured (What IS the penalty for perjury in New Jersey?). So once more, the weapon is stolen from the original owner by the original thief and then used to frighten hundreds of people. Sorry, assassins lobby, its not the crazy people OR the corrupt prosecutors OR the gullible judges, ITS THE DAMNED GUNS!
