Heres my 1 minute cardio challenge! We decided to hula for heart disease in honor of my friend Megan Louise Canfield who was diagnosed with a heart condition called Peripartum Cardiomyopathy. She was fortunate enough to receive a heart transplant which gave her extra time, but unfortunately due to complications she passed away 2 years ago today. Through all of her struggles, she was always such a positive light and made the best of everything that she was faced with. Im asking all of my Facebook friends to take this challenge in memory of Megan and to help raise awareness for heart disease. Her brother George has created the following challenge: You have 24 hours to do 1 minute of a cardio exercise of your choice.
