Heres my 1985 Renault 5 GTL, restored in 4 months finishing July 13. Paint was polished from flat to perfection, spray painted by a vandal and repolished to as good as possible. Original 1.4 engine was replaced by a 1.0 i had from another 5, as it had a cracked block - the 1.0 had engine top rebuilt. Interior had original seats, which were replaced by a younger GTX set with the 60/40 split rear bench. Braking system rebuilt; New MC and front calipers, new rear cylinders and all new rear pipes, rear pressure residual valves replaced with aftermarket ones, as no longer available.
