Heres my IPV V2 repainted for the third time. If you all recall, - TopicsExpress

Heres my IPV V2 repainted for the third time. If you all recall, the first time I used the wrong paint. I had used a flat black BBQ paint, and it essentially was disintegrating and rubbing off on my hands. That only lasted a few days. The second repaint involved sanding down the flat black BBQ paint, masking and using a paint I formulated myself with some chemicals that turned the paint sprayed on into a vinyl like sheet. However, the BBQ was still underneath it and was causing some adhesion problems. This time, I took the entire IPV V2 apart, gutted the inside and electronics, stripped all the paint off and resanded. No masking needed, repainted with my vinyl paint formula. Only gotcha was the LCD window, but I had some double sided tape and it all went back together beautifully. This vinyl paint is great, by the way, shows no hand oils, no fingerprints.
