Heres my chocolate chip cookie recipe: 1 C softened butter 1 C granulated sugar 1 C brown sugar 2 eggs 1 T pure vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda 1tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 1/2 C flour 1 bag chocolate chips ( I use milk chocolate) Mix butter and sugars thoroughly. And one egg at a time, continue beating. Ad vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add slowly till incorporated. DO not over mix. Add chocolate chips. I like to refrigerate the dough for a little while but you dont have to. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes ( on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for best results) depending on how done you like them. I take them out a little early and leave on the pan for at least 10 minutes as they will continue to bake.
