Heres my letter to the privacy commissioner. I am a medical Marijuana patient an part of the Medical Marijuana Access Program. They have made some announcements lately and I would ask that you please look into the release by Health Canada on March 14th (late on a Friday to avoid the press attention till Monday when its no longer news) the fact that they are changing/making up rules as they go along is preposterous. This was an agreed upon program that we signed to, in agreement of the terms they offered. This new rule could have been the one thing I would not have agreed to and therefor I may not have even entered into agreement with Health Canada as I disagree with this course of action. Health Canada has proposed to call the RCMP on me and have them ensure I followed through with the destruction of my perfectly good already paid for medicine. How they are able to send that info to the RCMP is unfathomable. Where is my right to privacy. I agreed to inspectors looking, I agreed to comply with the authorities, I did not agree to this new and ill conceived plan. Please wont you review these regulatory changes for privacy compliance BEFORE they are enacted on the 26th of March. I fear for my safety and security. Thank You Chris Backer
