Heres my new Pigeon Lofts, this was before we moved them. I have some some cosmetic repairs to do but overall very nice solid lofts. The bigger one is wired with plugs and lights, and in the feed room it plumbed, with a sink and has an electric hot water heater. Off to the left side of the feed room Im going to add on a 8x12 whelping room with a 6x4 indoor dog shower, and 6x4 built in whelping box next to the shower, that will have a doggie door coming out of the whelping box into the open 4x12 area, the will have another doggie door going to an outside puppy run kennel on an above ground decking, giving mama and pups the availability to eventually go inside or outside without ever touching the ground. In the shower, and in the whelping box and in the 4x12 open area Ill be putting drains in the floor , so I can hose everything out to do an easy cleaning.
