Heres my newest toothpaste recipe: 4 tablespoons Baking/Bicarb Soda 3 tablespoons Virgin Coconut Oil 6 pinches Very finely ground Fennel Seeds 12 drops Organic Cinnamon Oil 6 drops Organic Clove Oil Mix together thoroughly and store in a shallow screw top jar. After trying this, I think that a little more Cinnamon Oil might be good. Its worth experimenting with! The Coconut oil has antiseptic/anti-germicidal qualities, as does the Cinnamon and Clove oils. The Coconut oil is excellent for fighting tooth decay and regular rinsing of the mouth for a few minutes will help to repair rotten teeth and significant decay. The Cinnamon and Clove oil are also anti-inflammatories and excellent for any gum ailments. The Fennel seeds are an excellent breath freshener. The Bicarb/Baking Soda is excellent tooth cleaner and whitener.
