Heres on of my favorite crock pot recipes thats easy and healthy. Put all ingredients in together and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 and then use 2 forks to shred the chicken. 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 14.5 Oz cans diced tomatoes 1 15 Oz can black beans drained and rinsed 3 cups veg broth 3 garlic cloves minced 1 medium onion chopped 2 teaspoons cumin 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 teaspoons chilli powder 1 cup dry quinoa I think this is safe for you both to use - Rita Erickson Greenstreet and Alysia Rothman
