Heres one for you.... Im feeling really good right now. Why? Because the last time I drove in the rain I noticed my wiper blades werent removing the rain from my windshield like it should. Yesterday after work I stopped at an auto parts store and went in and asked the young man to find me some new blades. Once he found the fit for my vehicle he asked me if I would like the one for the rear glass of my Expedition. It hadnt even crossed my mind but I said sure, thanks for asking! After I completed the transaction he asked me if the vehicle was in the parking lot. I told him it was and he said Ill be right there to put them on for you. Although puzzled, I thought what the heck, this is service here. When he finished the job he thanked me for my business and told me I had made a good choice on the replacement and took my old blades to the inside trash can. I began to leave but got-down and went back inside to find him already waiting on another customer. I pulled him to the side, thanked him for all of his efforts, then tipped him five bucks. It made his day but he has not a clue of how he made mine. He not only reminded me of the rear glass wiper (which was destroyed), but saved me the aggravation of trying to install them myself. Im one Happy man.......behind the wheel ready for the rain. Bring it!
