Heres one for your feel good week request Lou Dunne. This baby hears for the first time with a beautiful reaction. Of course a bit of politics thrown in, Gerry Adams has been campaigning with the families of deaf babies and kids to have cochlear implants funded by the government since 2011. Despite the fact it can be done on a very modest sum, the government has refused to do it. Maybe they could watch this and see the reaction on the babys face and see what they think.
