Heres one man that I try to emulate most when training legs. Ass to grass with squats and involve different variations of rest pause and high and low rep ranges and his leg press from shoulder width to narrow stance with constant stimulation being applied throughout your quads and glutes. And I can honestly say that Ive saw HUGE improvements and development within my leg game over the past 6-8 months. You can see from his leg press video here, I perform my presses in almost exact fashion as Ifbb Pro Akim Williams demonstrates here. Try a true leg session with me and youll know exactly why your legs dont/cant grow.
