Heres our boy Justin with a 105# back squat on Monday! Justin was having some trouble keeping his chest up when we started, and to compensate he wouldnt squat quite as deep. We had him try a wider grip on the bar and to rack slightly lower on his shoulders, and that helped a lot. If you find yourself with that issue, you can always try changing your hand position to find what works for you! Awesome job, Justin!
