Heres some background and additional details of the Chris Lollie incident in St. Paul. At 32:00 the host says he doesnt want to make it about race and Lollie responds that its only the people with authority that seem to have a problem with your race. Basically, the guy was sitting in a public seating area of the skyway in the First National Bank Building waiting to pick up his kids from daycare. Police then exceeded their authority (even that which youd expect for a Terry stop), eventually tasing the guy and arresting him. They then kept his phone, on which his video of the event was recorded, for 7 months while he fought the charges, all of which were eventually dropped.
