Heres something a little different here in the Rudimental drumming category. This is a Fasnacht Clique with drummers only playing a more modern approach to Basel drumming. The group is Chriesibuebe (which translates to the Cherry Boys) and the solo is called Faschtwaje. This was written by top swiss drummer Ivan Kym who who has composed over 60 swiss/Basel marches and compositions for Swiss drumming. He has also won multiple drumming championships in Switzerland(the Swiss National drum competition is held every four years and was recently held in Frauenfeld Switzerland this past summer. Ivan is the drummer on the far right end of the front row in this video. His technique and playing is flawless!
