Heres something for throwback Thursday. I painted these signs with two friends WAY back then. There were about 150 of them. They had been whited out when the city decided to do away with the “no parking” restriction. So that provided a clean slate to use for our mischief. We were scared we would get into big trouble, but everyone liked it so well they left them that way for about 2 years. This was on Euclid Avenue in Ontario, California, which is the main street through town and has that wide median. I guess you can say It was one of my personal contributions to the Summer of Love and that time when we were idealistic and actually thought we could do something to change peoples minds. :D
