Heres something for you to ponder, objectively: Were told today that the NSA spied on 35 world leaders, including close allies for five years but the POTUS was unaware of it. That means we have to believe either: 1. The POTUS is lying through his teeth. 2. The NSA director, Army Gen. Keith Alexander, appointed by Bush in 2005, is running a rogue agency and has not been communicating with his boss. Neither is an appetizing prospect. But if the answer is No. 2, will the POTUS fire Alexander? If not, why not? If he doesnt, that would suggest that the answer is No. 1. Or maybe he hasnt fired Alexander because he hasnt publicly criticized the POTUS? What do you think LBJ would do? RTB
