All Employees and Principals DBM/DDM of Grupo Marilen, Inc / Grupo MBB Inc. / Trekk Trading Group Inc. may be eligible to join. Contestants may join any of the following categories: a. Cutest Costume b. Spookiest Costume c. Wackiest Costume 2. The contest will be on October 31,2013, Thursday and will commence at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM. 3. Participants may get their application form and pre-register starting Oct. 16, 2013 at Human Resources Office c/o HR Manager and Assistants. There will also be an on-site registration which starts at 7:00 AM until 8:00 AM on Oct. 31, 2013. 4. All participants must be registered. 5. Good taste is required in the creation and presentation of your costume. Nudity, gore and other objectionable elements is strictly prohibited. This is a contest that is held during normal office hours and it is essential that we present a welcoming environment to everyone. 6. Participants in all categories will be judged according to the following criteria: Visual Impact 30% Creativity 30% Adherence to theme 30% Face book LIKES 10% TOTAL 100% 7. Prizes which are up for grabs per category are the following: 1st Prize Three (3) Units NextBook 8” Android Tablet (NEXT8P12) 2nd prize Three (3) Units NextBook 7” Android Tablet (NEXT700H) 3rd prize Three (3) Units THOMSON ZEPO SPEAKER 8. Participants shall be photographed by organizers representative per office. 9. All photos submitted will be uploaded and can be viewed publicly at GMI Wickedly Wacky Costume Facebook page. The organizers reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who does not observe the set rules at any time. 11. All decisions made by the judges are final. 12. The announcement of winners and awarding of prizes will take place at GMI Main Office Mabini Santiago City at 5:30 PM. Prizes will be given to the winners upon declaration. In case the winners are not at the venue, they will be notified by our HR Department on how to claim their prizes. 13. Prizes can be claimed at the Human Resource Department Office seven (7) days from announcement of winners. Presentation of and valid Company ID is needed to claim prize. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
