Heres the Wind break info for Joel Haitt: WIND BREAK FOR THE ORION By Swamprat70458 The wind break is a piece of cake to make. I had scrap tin from the grand daughters play house we built together after Katrina. Heres what you do. Get an 8 corrugated tin roof piece(they all are about a standard width of 22 to 23) Cut it into three equal pieces. If you use a metal cutting blade on a skill saw...take into account the cut width. File the edges. Drill holes on the corners about 1 from top/bottom and side edges. 3/8 use four 1/4 x 1 1/4bolts and wing nuts with washers on each side of the pieces. I also used two equal lengths of chain about 18 to 20 to connect the ends of the pieces when bolted together. Open the lengths at each end to fit in the top holes on each end and the bottom. I designed the windbreak to travel flat with all three pieces bolted together The chains will hook on the top to the bottom edge inside one of the flats the three flats. I store mine still bolted together with the chains still attached collapsed into a circle around the cooking chamber. It fits almost to the same height as the top fire cup when it is inserted in the lower fire ring. I put my long leather gloves over the fire cup when stored. It protects the Cooker cover and the break expands in the fire ring to make a fuller body to cover and allows the cover to be off the ground about 2 to 3 so the legs are visible. If you are College spirited you can paint it school colors and if theres a Professional team you like ...you can two way paint like I did.
