Heres the basics of my current story, something thats been ongoing for a few years but something I have been hesitant to fully share until now and I share this not to gain sympathy but more as a cautionary tale: If anyone...and I mean anyone....says to you that you need to establish a guardianship over anyone that you know.....say an elderly loved one for example....just simply say no and take your chances. Its far far cheaper and easier and more effective to just employ a simple POA (power of attorney, specifically a revokable one). (Of course in my case, unfortunately, my loved ones in question did not want a POA but the State of FL threatened them and myself and said I needed to establish a guardianship. That is a further long story and I cannot publish too much of it here but that is where the trouble began.) But, IF you DO say yes to the guardianship, you will soon learn that you might be tempted to change your name and cancel all of your credit cards, your bank accounts and your cell phone and then move to the smallest town you can find somewhere in the midwest. Thats some of the best advice I can give. But especially do not trust any attorneys...unless maybe they are close personal friends and have been for a very long time. There is currently a very small handful of attorneys that I DO actually trust but none of them are able to help me as they do not practice in the area I need. So I am currently practically OWNED by a (different) small but cunning and powerful group of organized criminals whom practice law by day and prevert it by night. They have one judge whom I am fairly certain is on their payroll and, so far, that is all they need. The judge says they cannot be fired and they will not resign. They keep taking my familys money and have taken all of mine and yet they want more and more and more and threaten me with prosecution if I do not pay. Yet I have broken no laws and, so far, have not even been accused of such. But, many many laws have been broken against me. I have contacted the FL Bar, the Attorney General and local law enforcement. None of them care. They all have the same story. We are very sorry for you. I know this must be difficult for you and your family, but it is out of our jurisdiction. Thats a paraphrase, but thats basically the jist of it. And, so far, it looks like my ONLY escape will be death (whenever that might occur). This sounds like something out of an odd movie. But, it is not. It is the nightmare that has become my life. But, I KNOW that eventually God will pull me out of it in some manner. I have faith this will happen. I know I have to be patient and live in this imperfect world just a bit longer and try hard to make it and just see what happens. This is not some odd cut and paste. This is not a joke.
