You have to track your macro-nutrients carefully -- Protein, Carbs, Good Fat. You need mostly protein, then carbs second, good fat last. Start with a 45/35/30 ratio (respectively), and then adjust accordingly to how your body responds. Combine this with at least 20 minutes of moderate-intense cardio 3-4 times a week (CONSISTENTLY); within 2-3 weeks (if not sooner), you should start to see a difference when you flex in front of your bathroom mirror in the morning. #GotAbs?
