Heres the pictures I just sent to Bill Sharp for the XXL Big Wave Awards. I think Alex Laurels angle of Sanchos wave is probably the best but I am not sure if Sancho will win because he didnt complete the wave. My angle of Sanchos wave had tons of ocean spray for me to shoot through. My raw file of that wave is pretty much just white haze.I tried to pull out as much as I could. My favorite shot is the one where Gmac, and Hugo Vau are running for their lives as they picked up Andrew Cotton. I would like to say thanks to all the contestants and good luck to all the photographers and motion photographers! Thanks to Red Bull for supporting my photography. I think we all already won since we witnessed it live and nobody died!
