Heres the scoop. It will cost $116 just to walk in the door for CC to see Dr. Tucci today at 3:15. They are already talking about seeing a neurologist instead, but I know we dont have that kind of money, and I cant possibly add another long distance vet run to my week. Im still recovering from yesterday. My goal is to rule out some of the really basic stuff and walk out with a treatment plan or to euthanize him right there because this cant go on. I just cant see euthanizing an 8 month old kitty who had such a rough start in life without at least a diagnosis. I also cant see spending oodles of money to get a horrible diagnosis. I am obviously praying for a miracle here. We have already spent $297 in vet bills on him which is not a lot considering that was 2 vet visits, but only a repeat combo and then a CBC was run. The CBC was not visualized, so it did not confirm or rule out hemobartonellosis. We only have $329 left in our account, and I dont have much from my own account to offer right now seeing the income from crochet is slow and I have many mouths to feed. Advice, donations, anything you have to offer would be wonderful right now. I feel quite lost, and that is not like me at all :(
