Key Learnings: heres a succinct summary of his 7 steps. 1. Interrupt the pattern: interrupted patterns provide access to better lives. 2. Create comfort: A relaxed client equals more oxytocin equals an open mind equals more sales. 3. Lead the imagination: Storytelling, when done right, is a fabulous tool to spread your message. 4. Shift the feeling: emotions not words are the universal language of humans. 5. Satisfy the critical mind: include a reason - our emotional & rational minds work together. 6. Change the associations: brands dont just live in department stores they live in the minds of people. 7. Take Action: By engaging in repeated action the body literally becomes the unconscious mind.
