Heres the thing, ladies: coaching just isnt for everyone. Between comments made by people who are unfamiliar with coaching about who needs coaching, and from witnessing the process of the clients I work with, I feel like I have to tell you....its not just anyone who can step into this journey and make a real go of it. The absolute essential piece is a fierce drive and passion for being real with yourself and being willing to face *any* reality to unfold into who you are. In short, you gotta be Bold--for real Bold! And you gotta be ready to advocate for yourself--to yourself--ferociously! You gotta be willing to show up--every day! You gotta want it. And take what comes along with it. Because before the sapling reaches the surface, it must move through the darkness of the soil. Yet I promise you, when you make that break to the light, you feel as though you become it--that light. Because you do. But nothing this powerful ever comes easy. Are you bold? Are you willing to face YOU? Are you willing to stay present for yourself? Are you willing to work though the darkness of the soil to reach that light? I feel drawn to post this for two reasons. The first is to give a hardcore shot out to all those Boldtrees who have invested in themselves and committed to this process--then stuck through to the end. This is no easy feat, yall! These are some *fierce* women and I am so very proud of and honored to partner with you on this journey! I feel it is safe to say I have not watched one woman walk away the same as when she began her Boldtree program. Even if it was only for two weeks!!
