Heres the truth about dieting: it sucks. If you truly want to lose body fat you are going to have to cut down on what youre presently eating and there are going to be times when youll be hungry and perhaps even have cravings. But heres another truth about dieting: you can make it suck less by using a couple of simple strategies. 1. Give yourself enough time to diet down on the maximum number of calories you can and still achieve success. Will it take longer? Sure. But its much more likely to be sustainable over the long haul - meaning you wont need to keep doing it - and your hungry times and cravings are likely to be much more manageable. 2. Choose a flexible diet plan that will permit you to eat the foods you most enjoy from time to time. For instance, if someone were to tell me that hamburgers were off limits while dieting, I wouldnt promise to act like a lady.in my response to them. If you follow these two simple principles, you too can be successful in your goal of fat loss, with the added bonus of being able to post food photos on Facebook which will have all your celery-munching dieting friends drooling in envy.
